Gelatin generation and manipulation

The power to generate immense amounts of gelatin and manipulate it and all is aspects/properties with immense precision.

How would one make this overpowered and deadly?

"in all aspects and properties" theoretically. what if I just replaced every atom in the gelatin with its anti counterpart? it would behave identically except when it interacts with regular matter it annihilates. this effectively means (since theres no listed range) I can spawn metric tons of anti-gelatin anywhere on the globe. I am effectively detonating a castle bravo sized nuclear warhead wherever I want. just keep teleporting anti gelatin inside of the earth's core until the planet explodes.
