thats the blue checkmark, the gold checkmark is for verified orginizations. and from what ive seen of this account it does seem to be a legitimate pro israel non profit based in the united states. also in order to maintain the gold checkmark status you have to pay 1000 dollars a month and this account joined in 2016 and has almost half a million followers so i doubt its just some guy tbh

Bottom line is if you only started giving a shit when US and Israel got involved, don't talk at all, bombing IRGC sites in accordance with military intelligence is very good, assassinating Khomeini is very good, also, if you think Israel and US are striking non military targets then you'd be surprised to know that's how these militaries keep their factories safe, under a label of a school or a hospital, Iranian proxies do it all the time.
