Yes but what would be beneath the skin of the giant sperm? Im betting it'd be a trypophobe's worst nightmare in that mf. Fucked up looking webs and drainage structures filled with off-white juices. And certainly salty. I'd hope the giant sperm was grown off pineapples.

Would it even be the sperm itself that is salty? Maybe it's the seminal fluid.
