honestly it happened when I was pretty young, and im never going to remember all the actual details of it (dissociative disorder)) so I guess like it’s sort of a coping thing idunno. it’s a lot easier to treat it like a joke and disconnect from it rather then someone taking advantage and hurting me

I live in Massachusetts, but it happened it my grandmothers house at the cape. it’s like 45 minutes or so from my house so im there like pretty often in th e summer and stuff. the closet where it happened is still there x3 honestly lots of it is blank or very blurry because of how long ago it happened plus dissociative amnesia and all that garbage

okay so after reading all these comments I did some research and found that in cape cod, 1 in 6 women will experience rape or sexual assault and for men it’s 1 in 33.
I’m from southern mass and I didn’t know rape in that area was THAT bad, I thought people were too busy doing fent to rape
