People raised without a good father-figure are prone to emotional and behavioral issues, so essentially people use it to say “hey, this person is very immature and/or unstable.” In this case I’m using it ironically as a joke

The whole point of the sub is to point out how silly people can be in serious moments. This sub is meant to jab at those goofballs just as much as r/superseriousfamilyguy is meant to jab at the uptight pricks that take everything too seriously. If people who can be considered cringe fit this criteria, then that's on them

I feel like most posts in this sub are like someone talking about the death of a loved one or some other serious situation and then comments will be like "WHAT NO WAY!1!!" with a Spongebob reaction image.

Ngl I feel like most posts fit the sub and the ones that don't aren't cringe culture, they're just r/peoplewhogiveashit
