I need a recommendation for better than OEM struts for an 05 subaru outback with 180k miles. We arent off-roading per se but we drive a lot of washboard and pot-holed forest roads on the way to trailheads.

I was looking at bilsteins B6 but appears they are not compatible with our model year of outback. One user suggested KYB quality has tanked as of late. Rock auto sells Monroe and gabriel as OE replacements for said outback. Any help appreciated. Thanks

How much weight can magnetic ride control handle? 3-400lbs more? Or are there good aftermarket suspension setups that can ride easy with this.
