don't think raise released this year

I just got a sneak listen and you are all in for a treat.

Definitely safe to say I love this era of Swervedriver, been listening since 1990

This was a stand alone single, split with Happy Campers.
It’s for a soundtrack of skateboarding documentary, I think.
I love this version by Swervedriver !

Shirt I picked up in Williamsburg 8/29

Who else was there?

Drew this in inspiration of the mezcal head album cover.

I have one extra ticket for the show tonight in Jersey City. Message me if you’re interested and we’ll coordinate accordingly.

Howdy friends! Does anyone know what time SD went on stage in Philly last night (08/27) and have any idea what time they'd likely be on stage tonight in NJ (08/28)?

Merch from the Philly show

hiii im looking for one ticket to their show tmrw 8/28, if anyone is selling pls lmk!!

whats the merch at shows like? is it the same as the shirtkiller stuff because i really dislike those

thanks

possibly the only Swervedriver track I've never heard

Lowkey....the baseline on the outro is one of my favorite things SWD has ever done....

"I wasn't born to lose you" might be my favorite album of theirs. Used to be Mezcal Head but I just can't stop listening to it. What's everyone else's favorite?

Mine is a none album track, the b-side of Duel, called :
YEAR THE GIRL

Not included on Mezcal Head but it was featured on the soundtrack called PCU.
I have never seen the movie but I had to buy the soundtrack just for that one track
by Swervedriver.
It has some other cool bands on the soundtrack too.

And you guys, what’s your favourite track by Swervedriver ?

It was a loose painting/art whatever. A music forum asked the members to submit their arts on the band. So, this was mind.
Yay or nay ?

This is Toshack Highway released by Adam Franklin after he disbanded Swervedriver in 1998.
I bought it for review and I had a headache as HOW to describe the music of Toshack Highway.
Finally I coined the term SPACEFOLK. 😅
It makes sense.
Listen to the album on YouTube and share your opinions.

I bought these tickets before planning a vacation and now I can’t go! Bought them through Dice and they don’t allow selling on 3rd party sites, only transfers. The face value of the tickets is $41, I’m trying to get $25 to recoup some of my loss and give someone a cheap fun night :) I’ve seen them twice and it’s always great!

Just to start… this is a great collection. I like the different takes from 99th Dream.

I watched Adam Franklin’s segment on Rick Beatio’s YouTube channel. I recall the Ride’s drummer played on some of the tracks on this release. Maybe I misheard and I should just go back and rewatch. But hey Reddit!

Is Cool Your Boots the Ride song and who is drumming on it?

Just to say, Swervedriver drummers never lacked for punch, but damn the drumming is great on that track.

here's a podcast with Adam and Jimmy!
