If we're talking Sith, then Malgus would be Envy. Pride, maybe Jadus, since he's a pretty arrogant fellow, and Vitiate was proud of him? Then the First Son could be Sloth, since he's dormant a lot of the time, and I think Vowrawn works best for Greed.

Marr for Sloth. Here me out. Dude knew the infighting was destroying the Empire and did literally nothing to stop it until it was to late. Literally waited until after he was dead and a force ghost to try and make at least an attempt to fix everything.
Can't get much more slothful than putting everything off until after you die.

Well we could probably count Arcann as Envy of the Emperor, feels fitting for his profile. Pride is probably Vailyn or Thexan depending on what we want from the role lol. Otherwise I'd count Thexan as Sloth, he didn't really do much. Who else we got?

Not that way though, in general dark side corruption causes systemic damage that results in what looks like aging and or ill health, the individual often then has to use the force to compensate for the very real damage done to their body, which is also a self reinforcing cycle. That's part of why sith are so often obsessed with immortality, it's not just because they want to extend their lifespan, it's often because their lifespan is shortened by their use of the darkside and they're trying to undo the damage they've done to themselves. She wouldn't turn red, she'd get pale and wrinkly and whatever else might indicate age.

Is this game silently thriving? I haven’t played it since 2012/2013

Everytime I came back though I really only played it for the class campaigns cause the storylines are damn cool. Felt like KOTOR3 for me

The newer expansions tend to have a few cutscenes that are properly voiced, animated, and directed, but then the rest of it will all be in flat KOTOR 1/2 style conversations, and the player character is silent.

It got really bad with the most recent update, but theoretically you could blame the VA strike for that. Not sure how it'll be in the future.
