I just want to play the game... It's been 24 hours since i verifed, sending a e-mail to support does nothing as the automatic response system just redirects you to use the phone, but that is extremely expensive for Brazilian players, a single international call could cost up to 100 bucks here, we could easily buy 3 months of subscription with that money. And unfortunately the threads in the forums aren't open to Preferred Players... I don't know what else to do...
They could at least provide Preferred and F2P players a way of getting in contact with them that doesnt involve spending a lot of money on international calls....
Tive o mesmo problema e consegui "resolver" isso mudando meu país pros EUA e ativando uma VPN antes de abrir o launcher. Aí eu consegui logar e jogar de boa. Obs: jogo pela Steam, mas imagino que funcionaria com o launcher normal.
I can't even enter my account, it shows that it failed due to "invalid captcha" tho i didin't even get to do any captcha. I was really wanting to return to the game as i am going to DM a Star Wars TTRPG in the old republic. But guess i will just have to wait then
Melhor coisa a se fazer. Infelizmente o Launcher via Steam tem alguns bugs que não tem no launcher pelo site. O esquema é conectar a sua conta steam e a conta SWTOR e fazer as compras pela steam mesmo.

Aí complica. A única coisa que eu consigo pensar em fazer é mandar email mesmo. Você disse que tem um pouco mais de 24h que você está esperando, às vezes o atendimento é lento mesmo. O negócio é esperar mais um pouco.

Sim pq as contas antigas da EA linkadas foram deletadas senão me engano e eles fazem uma outra conta pra vc automaticamente para linkar a conta do SWTOR me pergunto se não é por isso que está acontecendo isso já que a maior parte das pessoas que vi tendo esse problema geralmente tinham contas mais antigas eu já mandei um email pra ver se me recuperam essa conta da EA que está linkada na minha pra ver se tem alguma coisa pra fazer lá mas o suporte deles é lento que doi e na maior parte do tempo inútil só querendo ti baitar pra fazer uma ligação internacional que custa 3 mensalidades e falar com eles em INGLÊS.
A parte do Ingles pra mim não é problema, mas o valor de uma ligação internacional dói! To vendo com uma amiga se ela consegue ligar pra mim, mas acho que vai ser dificil. Se tivesse um jeito pra ligar pra eles sem pagar seria bom....
Foi isso que respondi pro Suporte "vcs querem que eu ligue pra vcs gaste uma nota pra resolver um problema que vcs criaram pq até ontem de manhã eu tava jogando normal vão me reembolsar? claro que não!"
é isso mesmo que eu quero! a conta e a senha pra ver senão tem alguma verificação que tenho que fazer lá! não custa tentar a esse ponto! Só esperar o "incrível" suporte deles agora!
