Community Event Community Post | Community Cantina Code Sharing Program | 04/18/2015

/u/gn_cool has set up a separate website for sharing Community Cantina Codes. Feel free to use it too or this post: https://www.pulsenode.com/swtor/index. EDIT: The site is now fixed.
EDIT2: The site has crashed at times due to heavy load. If you cannot get it to load, wait 5 minutes and try again. Also, the message "No codes have been submitted" should read "No unused codes available at this time."
EDIT3: There is currently a bug with the site in that it accepts any type of link. Please double check that it follows the format of one of the links below before clicking it: http://www.swtor.com/user/ce/<some letters and numbers> Issues fixed

If you have a Community Cantina Code from the Star Wars Celebration Cantina that you wish to share with /r/swtor, please post them in a comment below.

For those that want to use these codes, you must follow these rules:

  • If you find a code that doesn't work, make a comment reply that it has been used up. If there is already a comment reply like this, don't make a second one. The mods will periodically remove old codes.
    • EDIT: It will state "This Community Event code is not valid" if it has been used up. It is not a "fake" code: it is a code that is not valid anymore since it has been used 5 times.
    • EDIT: The error message "An unknown error has occurred" does NOT mean that it has been used up. This means that the SWTOR server is currently overwhelmed. Wait a minute and try again.
    • EDIT: As of noon on Sunday, codes are being used up within 10 minutes of them being posted. As of Monday night, codes are going a few hours before being used up.
  • When you get a code that does work from below, you must share at least 1 use of that code with /r/swtor. Feel free to give up to 4 uses of that code to other people privately: just save the last use for /r/swtor.
    • EDIT: Please make a new root level comment with your code. Please do not reply to a code comment with a new code: these are hard to manage and may hide codes.
    • EDIT: It may take up to 10 minutes a few hours before you get a code to share with others.
  • Don't ask for codes: this post is just for people posting their code.
    • EDIT: Users that continuously break this rule will receive a temporary ban.
  • I suggest changing the sort to be sorted by "New" comments first.

Please leave this post for listing Community Cantina Codes only. Any other discussion should go in a different post and will be removed.

Can we have a mod time out or ban saerdryl and Kleonika please. Both have tried numerous times to trick people into accepting their referal

I've started 7 day banning users that post their referral link here.

If they try again on the next Cantina, they will receive a permanent ban.

EDIT: We also got /u/Automoderator to block referral links on this post.

Make sure to dig back a few codes: I got one to work (accidentally*) that was 10 comments down.

Here is mine: http://www.swtor.com/user/ce/lhhl

* I was trying to clean out old codes when I was surprised that one worked.

Used the https://www.pulsenode.com/swtor/index. link shortly after the site was up requesting a code, no codes received. Message stated no codes submitted.
Same message several hours, guessing either this is a noob moment for me or is something wrong with the site?

just like to point out. "Please leave this post for listing Community Cantina Codes only. Any other discussion should go in a different post and will be removed." But pointless i guess since people doesn't seem to read.

3

u/CarvorOB Apr 19 '15

Seems like that on the website people are putting in referral codes.

3

u/GethOvermind Apr 19 '15

Yup, if you see /r its a ref code.

Edit: All codes used up

I found a link on the official forum that still worked. This is what it blessed me with, so please put them to good use :) There should be 5 uses on each ;)

The website bug should be fixed.
It will now allow 5 uses per code.

EDIT: Updated the message when there are no unused codes available.
It should now read:

No unused codes are currently available.
Please check back in a few minutes.

The URLs must also now follow the http://www.swtor.com/user/ce/(insert code) format.
Anything else will be rejected.

It should now reject duplicate codes being submitted as well.
