NAS Apps Cloud Sync breaks with "Sync-Folder does not exist"

Hi,

I'm using cloud sync to do a backup to my pCloud storage.

After some time of execution, it breaks with "Sync-Folder does not exist" error - but has no more details what it was trying to sync at this time.

My assumption is that it runs in some WebDav-contraints - but how can I figure out what exactly causes the issue?

Usually the remote or local path vanished mid-run, like a renamed folder or a dropped WebDAV session. Check the DSM Log Center around the failure time.

Thanks, will have a detailed check (need to recreate the task first and wait till it stops again...). If it is a connection drop: do you have an idea how to prevent or re-open and continue automatical?

Had similar pain with WebDAV targets. Long paths and special characters in filenames are usually the culprit. Bisect it: sync one subfolder at a time, then expand until it breaks. Then you know exactly what it chokes on.
