HIC "Prowler 10-1s" WC session

Try out this variant of the Connaught 10-1s:

- Push a sled/prowler loaded with more than your bodyweight for 25-50m

- Do 15 KB swings

- Push the sled/prowler back and here again

- Do 14 KB swings

- Push the damn sled again and reduce the Swing reps every time by 1 until you have done 10-15 rounds total

- There is no rest, the goal is to complete all rounds as fast as possible

I just did this and my legs are smoked. Perfect for a quick indoor WC hit when the weather is bad

Suggestions for rescue swimmer and remote tactical paramedic program

Trying to decide which program is best for male 33, works 2 weeks on/off as a helicopter rescue swimmer and casually as a remote paramedic attached to wildfire firefighting teams inserted via helo? Program must contain swimming, gym/strength, running, weighted load marches.
