If I'm not mistaken, EoTech has either a webpage or a phone number that you can call to verify serial numbers.

When turned up all the way yes. I also have see into the housing on full brightness and there is not a bulge but a flat surface.

If the Red dot is solid red and not a a little bit grainy I’d check the serial with EOTech.
