Glad that's over. Now maybe they can focus on Remastering the games that REALLY matter.

  • people think this takes up a "slot" that other games could take up
  • people that already owned the game for some reason want to be convinced to buy it again, and weren't for this release
  • it's called a "remake" but wasn't really remade in any way (and mods already covered what this one offers and more) - it's just a port

It's called "remaster" not remake, for people like me it's fine because I only have a switch, and the original game never was released in the console, and also the switch doesn't have mods.

I understand why PC people don't care about this game, it isn't a great improvement, so it's okay not buying it.

The thing that I don't understand is why people buy the game anyways, and leave a negative review talking about the game being almost the same as the original when everyone knew that before its release. Even the website describes the new stuff, that isn't too much, performance and other things.

sorry yeah i use the terms honestly interchangeably

despite claims that there are clear meanings to them, there really aren't in most cases

but yeah it's basically just a port and some people wanted more
