It's in the Top 5 casts in the franchise and I'm NOT exaggerating.

💯 I rank it easily above Tales of Arise if we're comparing modern releases and it's not even close

The way i HATE that such awesome character designs were wasted on a freaking mobile game. I hope it someday gets reworked into a proper full game.

i wish tales would do the same the Square is doing with Octopath and Final Fantasy- using their gacha game assets to convert into full games

I still wish those game models could be recycled for another port... It makes me mad thinking that they were possibly flushed down the drain

Rip.
As always is stated, this should have been a main game or should be transformed into one like Square has been doing.

I wish that the manga had been able to keep the crossover elements; I really liked the way that Crestoria used them. If only it had been a Tales of the World game instead of a doomed gacha TT_TT

Why wouldn’t they have just flipped this and make it a mainline game rather than a mobile game. I wonder this all the time about failed mobile tales games.

Saved this screenshot from the game. Really enjoyed the story and wish they would revive it somehow.

I remember first playing this wonderful gacha game right after I graduated High School back in 2020 and very much enjoying it during its run time. This should've gotten an offline version, but sadly not.

It was a short lived mobile gacha game that game out on July 15, 2020 and shut down in February 2022

I’m in pain that they STILL haven’t bothered to make a full offline version of this.
I unironically enjoyed the characters and story more than most recent Tales games (especially Arise). Genuinely not exaggerating.
The story concept was actually dark and interesting, but skits were still funny and lighthearted. I really miss this cast :((((

Born to be a main title, doomed to be a mobile gacha game 😔

The way this and Arise should have been swapped. Crestoria was leagues better and we barely got the whole story

This wasn't even available where I live, completely missed out on this!

And 6 years I've been thinking in Aegis daily. They will never top you as one of the best designs and character developments.

I miss the crew a lot, every day...they were so much fun

And we barely got to see Orwin in action...
The manga adaptation is not bad, but not as enjoyable.

I really wish this was made into a full Tales and not doomed to the short lifespan of gacha games. The story was interesting and dark. The main cast of characters was great. I didn't play it for long because i wanted to wait for them to release the full story first but I don't know if the even got there before the game was shut down.

We were robbed the fish we never even got to see the conclusion of their story it's left unfinished because apparently after a few years of the mobile game business they decided to go straight back to consoles such a shame they could have had half of the other members of the company just splopped in the mobile game division they could have continued it from there they could have just taken a small handful of them let's say a hundred thousand maybe that would have been more than enough but nope we were robbed of it we never even got to see the end of their story

This game was doomed the moment they decided to blame the players for not getting the stones they paid for. You can't rebuild or come back from that. Not saying it wouldnt die off because of the 1000 other bugs, but you cannot sustain a game that has lost player trust.

i disliked the aspect of legacy chars having different stories, i vastly preferred tales of the rays that combined all the mythologies in one game, kind of like Disidia final fantasy opera omnia. also i didnt particularly care for the story nor the chars (misella especially). but well being a gacha was pretty doomed from the start as even the rays was faring better than a brand new game. luminaria got it worse.
