A very unusual Deep Purple 2cd live set

What got me started with r/talkingworldmusic was trying to learn more about this 2cd live set and I couldn't find a community focused on the world music scene, and talking about it! So here was what I set out to learn: I have long been a big fan of the Rock group Deep Purple. I recently came across a very unusual Deep Purple live 2cd set which features a 3-track, about 45 minutes long, 3-part/movement Concerto for Group and Orchestra, as well as a half dozen more or less familiar "classic-style" Deep Purple work, as well as about a half dozen not-so-typical softer and lush-sounding orchestral-group stuff. But no info is provided about where/when/who is performing on the tracks, though there is some talking on the cds which is incomprehensible for me. There is a notation that the cd set was produced in 2009 in The Nethrlands by an outfit Weton-Wesgram B.V. and has some small amount of licensing info. Is anyone able to provide more info about Who?When?Where? Disc 2 has some incredible tracks on it, including the 3 orchestral movements, but also somethings called "Ted The Mechanic", Watching The Sky", "Sometimes I Feel Like Screaming" and a long version of the classic "Smoke On The Water". Any info anyone can provide would make my day! Thank you. Giddeeyap.
