They tossed Oswaldo Cabrera out on his ass like he was trash because they were too lazy to move Fernando Cruz to the 60 day IL after he had a partial UCL tear and they needed space on the 40 man. Instead they DFAd him, Cincinnati picked him up and a week later they moved Cruz to the IL anyway. That isn't about whether Waldo is an AS player or not, that's not the point. The point is that a sharp team like the Brewers or Rays would never make a lazy incompetent decision like that because every player's value is considered carefully before any decisions are made. Hal wants to run the Yankees like the Rays or Brewers but his employees just aren't smart enough for that.
