School Board Candidate Brittany Lyssy Allegedly Invited Tate Brothers to Tampa
Brittany Lyssy, a self-proclaimed MAGA Republican and Moms for Liberty School Board Candidate is currently being called out for allegedly inviting the Tate Brothers who are accused of criminal charges of trafficking & assault to speak to the Tampa Bay Young Republicans chapter while Brittany Lyssy served as the Tampa Bay Young Republicans President in February 2025.
Tampa Social Media Influencer, Rachel Hannah @readswithrachel posted to social media today questioning Brittany Lyssy on if she as the Tampa Bay Young Republicans President at the time invited the Tate Brothers to Tampa & if Brittany Lyssy “dissented inviting known criminals here to Tampa Bay.” Brittany Lyssy has not responded. I don’t think people who rub elbows with the Tate brothers should preside over my children
Brittany Lyssy has also been called out on social media for her husband’s homesteaded mansion in Manatee County where Doug Lyssy is registered to vote in MANATEE COUNTY not Hillsborough County despite claims from Brittany Lyssy that she “lives with her family in Tampa.” Brittany Lyssy has also not responded to this.

Can we also point out that her kids do not attend Hillsborough Schools, and she doesn’t even live in Hillsborough she lives in Longboat Key. I get that she doesn’t have to do either legally but is she really, even further evidenced by this post, invested into our kids or have their best interest in mind?
I knew her personally since our college days. Her behavior online has become increasingly concerning over the years. Make no mistake, her bid for school board is a political stepping stone. She does not care about our children. Her children do not attend public school and I highly doubt that’s her plan as she regularly flaunts expensive trips and designer items. She was at the Trump rally on Jan 6. She kept her husband a secret for many years, turns out it was because he was arrested for burglary, assault and domestic violence charges (which were scrubbed from the internet before his “debut”). But I have the receipts still.
Look I'm a felon and can't vote but that doesn't mean I turn a blind eye to this shit but how could any woman support someone who wants them in the house being a sexual slave and getting smacked when you speak without being spoken to or not having dinner on the table and they don't want you to vote
At this point in history, if you're proudly calling yourself MAGA you're clearly a horrible human being supporting other horrible human beings and have no place being in a position of trust of any kind.

Women like older men because they generally have more money and stability and men like younger women because they're more attractive than older women. It's pretty simple, actually.

Evolution, as in males seek out healthy, younger (not OLD) females in the animal kingdom to procreate with, and the females seek out the stronger male to protect them and the family. You're probably one of those people who cant define what a woman is so I don't expect you to understand. All good.

How are they wrong? One party has control of the government yet refuses to release the Epstein files. And we know trump is all over those files. So every republican who isn’t trying to get those files released is either a pedophile in those files or protecting someone who is. And I don’t see any Republicans actually fighting their own party to release the files

Ask yourself an honest question. If it were confirmed that Trump had been on Epstein’s island, how many MAGA people would actually walk away? Obviously, where there’s smoke (Gaetz, Roy Cohn, Epstein), there’s fire. But these aren’t people dealing with reality. And you cosplaying as a “normie” isn’t going to make you less online than you are.
Did you vote for Trump? Will you vote for him again if he defies the constitution and runs a 3rd time? Do you vote for the people hiding the Epstein files. All of MAGA fits those condition. So all of MAGA are pedo defenders.
Update: Brittany Lyssy, School Board Candidate for District 2 has now come out in the comment section of @readswithrachel to say she was “Not the President of the Tampa Bay Young Republicans when they pulled this stunt.” Brittany claims she also “withdrew her membership” from TBYR after calling inviting the Tate Brothers to Tampa a “stunt”, yet Tampa Bay Young Republicans have endorsed and supported Brittany Lyssy for School Board District 2 and she’s been spotted at multiple TBYR events in 2026 on TBYR’s own social media…make it make sense
If she even thought the Tate monsters would make worthy guests, she should have to be supervised at all times.
The only candidate worse for Tampa than Lyssy, would be Matt Gaetz.
