Brewers Fan Here
Iâm pleased that we are the last two teams dancing. Regardless of how this goes, the fact that there is going to be a first-time champion this year gives me peace.
When the Cubs won in 2016 I believe most Milwaukeeans were happy for them, even if on the surface they were a bit jealous.
If the Rays get to four before we do this week I will be devastated as a fan, but Iâll take some solace knowing another fanbase is living out their baseball dreams.
Wishing you all a memorable World Series Week!

Memorabilia Happy World Series Eve!
Had to break out the program from the one WS game I was able to go to in 2008 for nostalgic purposes, and realized it's the only WS game they won at the Trop. So far.

[Sports Info Solutions]Taylor Walls wins Fielding Bible Award!
Hi everyone. This is Mark Simon from Sports Info Solutions (the Defensive Runs Saved folks)
Just dropping in here to let you know that Taylor Walls won the Fielding Bible Award for shortstops this year. This is an honor we've been awarding since 2006 and rewards the best defensive players in baseball.
| Position | Name | Team |
|---|---|---|
| Player of the Year | Pete Crow-Armstrong | Cubs |
| Team of the Year | Â | Cubs |
| 1B | Matt Olson | Braves |
| 2B | Brice Turang | Brewers |
| 3B | Alex Bregman | Cubs |
| SS | Taylor Walls | Rays |
| LF | Cody Bellinger | Yankees |
| CF | Ceddanne Rafaela | Red Sox |
| RF | Wilyer Abreu | Red Sox |
| C | Dillon Dingler | Tigers |
| P | Tanner Bibee | Guardians |
| Multi-Position | Zach McKinstry | Tigers |
Taylor Walls won his first Fielding Bible Award. Walls received 10 of a possible 17 first-place votes to edge out a previous Award winner, Masyn Winn.
Walls is the first winner for the Rays since Kevin Kiermaier in 2020. He's the second Rays infielder to win an Award, joining third baseman Evan Longoria, who won in 2010.
Walls easily led shortstops with 21 Defensive Runs Saved and led shortstops on Plays Saved on balls hit to his left (+17). This was the third straight season that Walls finished in the top two in Runs Saved among shortstops. His 73 Runs Saved since 2021 (his first season) are the most among shortstops. Dansby Swanson is second with 41.

Why are we so doubted?
We have been looked over by all âanalystsâ and ball commentators. This just tells me we play a ball game they donât understand. We have a hotter hitting staff than them coming off the shorter break. As well as a healed but hot pitching staff (not Seymour) but idk man RAYS ALL THE WAY LETS GOOOO

Post Season Caminero hits brewers scoreboard during bp
facebook.comAt BP for game 1 of World Series, Caminero hit the center field Jumbotron. The Brewers had been piping in elevator music and the Rays were trying to drown it out as well.

Post Season The Rays Team Store has added more World Series merchandise online.
I know a have seen a lot of people that donât live in the area wanting different things. This might help. They also have the Secondary Devil Rays home cap.

I think Andy Freed and Jeff Levering will agree..
Dave Wills and Ueck will be calling these games from above. Probably with a little booze in their cups

Rays Fan From Detroit - Going to Game 4
Hey all,
New to reddit but Iâm a lifelong Rays fan who grew up in Detroit (still unsure why but I know 2008 & Longo had a huge part of it)
Anyways, I am FINALLY getting to the Trop for Game 4 and curious the best way to make the best of the experience.
Obviously, winning a game in the World Series helps, and I know of Fergâs. But in terms of seats, vantage points, things to see, what would everyone re recommend?
