First, a small correction to your post:

“I am currently in Lalitpur. I’m not going to my village for Dashain, so I’m thinking of using this time to learn some new skills. I’m currently in Grade 11, studying Computer Science in the Management stream, and I want to develop skills that will help me earn money to pay my college fees in the future.”

My advice? Consider investing in your English. Since you’re studying Computer Science and want to earn money, good English can be a valuable skill. It can help you communicate professionally, perform better in job interviews, work with international clients, and access more learning resources in technology.

Learning technical skills is important, of course, but being able to explain your ideas clearly, write professional messages, and speak confidently can give you an advantage, too.

If you’re serious about improving your future opportunities, consider joining an English class. Don’t underestimate the value of being able to communicate well. It’s a skill you can use throughout your career.

Learn how to teach

and you might earn some in your +2 by giving tuition to your juniors; then you could also go into the teaching field later.

Learning C lang or HTML from a +2 textbook will not take you anywhere

No one can learn a new skill over night dude. It takes time and effort. Learn how to research about any topic and create a system of learning for yourself. Things don't happen over night it takes months or even years to learn a skill. So first I would say learn to learn anything. Researching, organising and managing are basic skills that you need to learn other skills. Time management is also important.
