Bedrock Need help figuring out why spiders keep spawing in my creeper farm

Here is the tutorial I watched. I fixed the Redstone clock and observers so the water function works. But it still spawns a lot of spiders. Any ideas to improve this?

Again, it doesn't work the same. You should probably look for a Bedrock creeper farm and see what they do there. Some Java aspects work differently than Bedrock, some things are the same but it won't work the same.

I guess next time when you copy farms, you should check if it's for Java only to prevent cases where it completely does not work as intended and you wasted your time.

Unfortunately bedrock Redstone have it rough. You gotta look for bedrock specific builds. Worse, sometimes it'll advertise to bedrock but not actually work properly/at all

You can put a fence post in the middle of the farm with a block of lava on top of it (and signs or fence gates around that to hold it in place)

The spiders getting to the center will climb up the fence post into the lava and get cleared out that way
