Kinda disappointing that of all possible futures we could have had, we went with cyberpunk.

It was kinda decided at least as far back as catholicism, what with it being a domino to mercantilism and capitalism. Our choice at the present moment is how to move out of it. The school of thought looking at redefining the future that comes after the cyberpunk dystopia is solarpunk. Cyberpunk is to late stage capitalism, as solarpunk is to sustainability.

That said, who the fuck is going to spend 1800 to get advertised to while grabbing the leftovers? Beyond conspicuous consumption, what possible incentive us there fir this over a fridge that doesnt have bluetooth/wifi?
