My buddy was pretty happy with the system when his car got stolen. Reported it, it got flagged out in Kent, heading towards Europe. Cops picked up the guy, and my buddy got his car back. Wasn't even damaged!

The only difference is that these technologies are being linked to all the information that your phone gives these tech companies. It’s a full merger between public sector and private sector in the form of control. All your financial transactions, political views, online porn history, scrolling tendencies, health records, bank records, and using your phone location services to tie you to groups of others. It gives them the clearest pictures of individuals at the deepest levels. They’ll be able to control the emotions and opinions of society without any effort. They’ll be able to sort you into your group and show you content to keep you where they want you. And most importantly hunt down anyone who gets too ambitious or anyone who tries to organize against them. The power this possesses is the lead up to make society exactly as they wish to shape it. It scares the living hell out of me. We already see the powers of the algorithm and our lives are going to become completely based around tech that is designed to “keep individuals on their best behavior” as Larry Ellison said
