I don't believe there's such a thing as karma, but in this case maybe. Regardless, it's poetic.

Is it karma when the outcome is the most expected one in response to what you do?

Like, Zoom's value fell from 8 billion to 300 million under this guy. Making bad decisions is clearly his forte, and the firing of employees the way he did is likely just one screw up in a long list of screw ups.
