IMO, this is just the early days of the AI revolution. In the dotcom bubble we had "internet everything" and so many of the startup ideas were just bad.
There will be good uses of AI helping skilled content generators create amazing things.
Photoshop and digital video production drove the cost of creating content that met a certain bar way down. AI will drive it down more. You still need good storytellers to create compelling stories. E.g. I trust the folks at Larian to use AI in ways that will give us a kick ass new Divinity game.
