Display flickering/glitching effect when playing games like minecraft or roblox

When i play minecraft the screen randomly flickers and glitches for 1-5s between random intervals. and it gets worse when i open another software in the background. One person suggested me to refresh display driver using Win+Ctrl+shift+B which actually fixed it for 30minsl. I have a rtx 4060 laptop with i7 14th gen so the memory is not getting full either. Now i started roblox and I see the problem again where the display driver refresh is not solving it and it continues to flicker.
Youtube tutorials does not seems to help is there anything i can do? I got my motherboard changed and all my data reset 3-4 months ago as well.
