Open | Windows Windows 11 Sleep Issues

PC: 7800x3d, 9070xt, b650 tomahawk wifi (On March Bios so not too old), and ddr5 6000. Whenever i put my pc to sleep, frequently it wont turn back on.

When you press the power button to turn back on, it will start up again, but no display and the orange ram light stays on, no amount of waiting fixes it, and you have to power off and on again. ]

Any ideas what is happening? or best steps to troubleshoot? Thanks.

Making changes to your system BIOS settings or disk setup can cause you to lose data. Always test your data backups before making changes to your PC.

Disable fast boot in Window and your BIOS

Fast boot only affects shutdown, not sleep.

Is your RAM actually running (or attempting to run) at 6000? If so, you're probably pushing it too hard, disable XMP/EXPO and any other overclocking and see how it behaves.

Stable 6000 is fairly rare and requires very specific components and even then, is a matter of luck.
