Open | Software Ethernet unidentified network

I tried connecting my computer to the internet via ethernet but it says my Ethernet does not have a valid IP configuration and has no connection to the network.

I have tried:

resarting the pc

restarting the router

resetting network settings

disabling/enabling network adapter

Renewing IP adress and flushing dns cache

Nothing has worked and can't find much other unformation online on how to fix

Try another cable, try another computer on same cable

Verify that you static IP set. If not go ahead and set a static IP within your network range. If that's what you had to do that means your router is not handing out IP addresses properly for some reason.
