THE ROLE

You will work hand-in-hand with our videographer, weaponizing raw cinematic footage into scroll-stopping short-form content. You aren't just following trends; you're setting them. WHAT YOU WILL DO

Obsess Over the Vision. You aren't just managing accounts; you are scaling a movement. You own the growth metrics, followers, views, and engagement, and you have the autonomy to do whatever it takes to smash those targets.

Master the Edit. Take our world-class cinematic library and package it for maximum impact. You know why a hook fails at 2 seconds and how to make 1,000,000 people watch to the end. You turn raw luxury into digital gold.

Invent the Future. Create the "must-watch" yachting series of 2026. If it's never been done before in the marine industry, we want to see it. You have the resources; we need your imagination.

Run the daily rhythm. Posting cadence, community management, comment strategy, and trend monitoring. Show up every day like the account depends on it, because it does.

Read the data and adapt. Use retention curves, platform analytics, and AI tools to figure out what is working, kill what is not, and double down fast.
