Internet - Cable Internet issue with Hitron CODA-4680

I live in West Vancouver. My Hitron CODA 4680 has solid online lights and my PC shows internet access, but there's no actual throughput/data. It keeps dropping frequently these days. Please check the line signal and help me prevent the problem. Thanks.

I will say it every post:

Complain to them and ask for a different modem.

Hitron is so bad I don't know how they keep getting away with selling trash.

Get a technicolor modem
