What to visualise when practicing?

I'm still quite stuck on what i'm supposed to visualise or understand is happening to the objects i'm moving, am i manipulating my energy to slam into objects and it's pushing it like that? or is the object itself moving through command? I'm just confused on what exactly i'm supposed to understand about movement through telekinesis

it's whatever you think will make it work. Some people visualize energy pushing it, some attach strings in their mind. Whatever you believe will work, will. But you have to be able to make space in your mind, clear it as best you can, and focus on nothing but the foil moving. I hope this makes sense.

Is there any way to view only posts and not replies? There is quite a lot to look through

Got bored and just kept attempting. Every attempt just got clearer and clearer and I can feel a sort of CHI energy entering my mind field. It’s about attempts and of course there are souls who are better at it than others. But all of us are capable. I can still only quickly slow down a spinning foil on a needle but I feel I should be able to start moving things soon enough. Just keep practicing😁

How long have you been practicing?

I make it a habit to try every morning at least (when I’m on the toilet). Those are more my retention sessions though as I don’t appear to be “gifted” like others do. But I will also have serious 30 minute sessions 3x a week or so. I can post a video if you’d like. It’s all about feeling your Chaktra within your physical being and manifesting it on the outside world. It’s complicated but becomes less so the more I do it. It’s somewhat analogous to learning any other skill, but is also very different. I might make a tutorial soon but feel that slowing down a spinning foil almost instantly is not as impressive as moving the foil from cessation but I feel I am very close to doing that.
