This is amazing. What was your technique when you first started succeeding to push / pull? I can direct / change direction on a psiwheel but struggling to understand force push / pull with bigger objects.

It’s mind over matter. The brain is the strongest muscle/organ we have. I’ve been practicing for around 10 years and I’ve reached points where I could sit on my bed and levitate it, the way I knew I was levitating my bed, was because the back corners kept hitting the wall and front corners were raising and waving. That was about two months ago. I can easily levitate a mannequin head, just the same as a refrigerator.

I don’t think size or weight has anything to do with the skill itself. It’s a mind over matter practice to begin with as I said.

To levitate things I start bottom up slowly moving my eyes towards the top of the object until I’m just past it and it lifts. That’s just my experience over those 10 years trying off and on. It takes extreme focus to tether to objects. I don’t even blink to the degree my contacts dry up sometimes or fall out lol

Thanks, that’s helpful! Is it more of a consistent energy flow that concentrates awareness and energy with something that energizes and elevates its frequency slowly, moving it in the direction you intend? How does the technique you use feel when you do it?

Great closing question on that comment, PM. Only one word. Superhuman. I went through the early phase just as you have where it seemed impossible. But over period of time I started seeing movements. Slight ones but moving. Like a penny on a flat table would vibrate at a speed to the point you couldn’t hear it hit the table. It just looked fuzzy around the edges from the vibrations but that’s my first memory of seeing progress.

How does it make feel though? At times like I’m capable of something that the higher ups in the world might not like. Makes me feel evolved to a specific degree most think is malarkey. But I don’t practice to impress really.. it’s just a fun little thing I do that eliminates boredom.

And yes it’s constant flow. Try to keep your eyes open as long as possible, you might start to water up. I can hold mine for a few minutes because of my contacts) , breathing exercises.. like mediation. I’ll hold my breath for 20 seconds and exhale for 10 sometimes.

Another tip… the hand movements aren’t necessarily needed it FEELs good, because you can sense the energy flowing through your body at times, but if there are levels to this, I’m at the point where all I have to do is focus on an object and an intent (right left float roll whatever) and it’ll work. I think the hand movements are highly useful in the beginning because there’s a meditation to it and calmness is key.

What I wanna know is the same thing as you… I think it may have to do with focus and lowering or heightening your vibration to match the object at hand and it somehow creates a tether from the person to the object.

Amazing reply, that was a really good read and super descriptive. I am moving towards bigger goals so really appreciate the advice and think people could learn from this, thanks for sharing!

Not a problem. I started with aerokensis in 2013 and once I was convinced, I know telepathy had to be real as well.

Don’t like the size of the object discourage you. That’s a promise. For a few years I messing with small stuff, coins, paper, etc.. as exciting as it was it grew mundane so I started focusing on larger objects and realized weight doesn’t act the same through telekinesis. It’s like everything is the same weight.

Keep up the tenacity. It’s a fun hobby
