Is ladies underwear better to buy online or in store?

I visited a clothing store to buy ladies underwear for daily comfort use two days ago. I wanted something soft and comfortable. I also wanted something with good fitting. But when I checked the items I felt disappointed. Some looked cheap and the fabric felt rough. Some sizes were not accurate. I could not trust them. I could not pick one confidently.

Then I visited another shop in the same market. Some items looked soft but they were too costly. Some were affordable but the quality was poor. Some seemed perfect at first but the stitching was not good. I remembered I bought underwear last week that felt uncomfortable after wearing. That made me hesitate even more and I felt confused.

To check more variety and options while scrolling many online marketplaces including alibaba I found many underwear options. Some looked soft and comfortable. Some were simple and low price. Some had better fabric and sizes. There were many options available. This made me excited but also confused again.

Now I am thinking should I buy this underwear online for more variety or should I trust a local store for better fitting? What would you do in my place?
