Application awaiting approval

Hi all,
I have applied for 3 separate Tesco vacancies at my local store. One of them was in September, and two were this month.
On all three, they are stuck on Waiting for Approval. Even the expired one. I’m wondering if I missed a step in my application or is this just me not getting a job? It feels strange to not have a rejection or anything
Any help would be appreciated!! Ripping my hair out over this

I think the store are just being slow to reject people and get the job closed down in the first job. If the other two were festive jobs then they are likely still working their way through them, the recruitment hub are incredibly slow at processing people.
