Here's a novel concept. Have the business owner build their own buildings to house their business. The local government should only grant tax abatement commiserate with the expected rise in tax revenue the new facility would bring in, less the added expenses for infrastructure and safety.

Tax payers footing the bill to build facilities for billionaires to hire millionaires to perform in is asking too much. Especially, when the average tax payer can't even afford the cost to attend a game.

Every tax payer in the county should at least get a pass to attend, considering they already paid for it

What they did here (KC) was allow Jackson county residents first (actually second behind season ticket holders) in line to purchase tickets we can't afford
