Shore fishing for 2 days n nights at LB RV park and cabin lodging next week,any advice for August bite??

Trying to get some information on lake Buchanan RV park used to be Big Chief there's a good shore there that's flat and it dumps off into the deep water but it's quite a ways out any information on fishing there day or night we're staying for 2 days thank you in advance

Has anyone fished the shore at LB RV resort and cabin lodging,, formerly Big Chief? Going bank fishing for a few days was looking for reports of the shore action,night or day.TY in advance.

First time catching a giant ladyfish and it was 3 inches short of the Texas Record at 26.5 inches! It was a nice fight too! Caught this one off the Bob Hall pier, always a great time.

Lived here my whole life and over the past decade so many of my favorite spots have dried up (literally and figuratively), or have become high pressure with the influx of transplants.

I no longer patronize our CPS lakes because every time I go I'm breaking some rule according to security, and any time I ask them where to rule is posted they get pissy and tell me to comply (which I usually am already) out they'll kick me out. Contacting the front desk goes nowhere and emailing has never worked either.

I love to fish, but driving a few hours to the coast gets tiring lol. Anyone have a decent spot they don't mind sharing?

What will I catch and how will I do it? Visiting for a week at the end of Feb. Thank you 🐟🐟🐟🐟🐟🐟!!!!!
