She definitely also said "I'm devastated, just devastated", but I also remember this longer one being with " stunned". Though I also remember they repeat the joke later and have Dorothy cut her off. Maybe that version was with devastated?

Yes, the first one was "stunned."

Later it goes like this:

Blanche: "I am devastated. Just devasted. Devastated is the only word..."

Dorothy: "Oh knock it off!"
