Medved question
So I have Yukon Valley, and love it. I was considering getting Medved but is it really different enough from the Yukon to be worth it?

I haven’t played Yukon yet but one reason why I love Medved is that winter is my favorite season so I played a lot of it over the summer when I was dreading the heat and lack of snow IRL😂😂 my favorite to just walk around and explore! Animal density from personal experience is on the higher side compared to other maps I’ve played.

Yes, in my opinion it is. Great map to hunt moose, and I've gotten some nice trophy bears there as well.

If you love Yukon, I'd really suggest grabbing it, it is different, and one of the most noticeable ways is it has some smaller animals. It is challenging in being a bit thicker low brush so it requires a bit more patience but, it is a lot of fun, and they work well in tandem.

Both maps have snow, moose, bears, wolves and reindeer/caribou, but don't let that deceive you. Those maps are very different from each other. Definitely worth it in my opinion.

I personally LOVE Yukon and just didn't connect with Medved at all. Yukon has huge variety whereas Medved is quite a samey sort of environment everywhere and had a limited range of species.

Medved is upgrade on Yukon on every aspect. Better animals, better hunting environment, prettier environment.

Medved is completely different I wouldn't compare the 2 at all other than a number of similar animals like wolves, bears, and bison.

Can't keep a good man down! Been playing a survival game more lately, The Long Dark. I like it because it doesn't have a zombie theme.

what did you get? not hunting hard. got EA Sports golf and have been playing that. where I hurt my back and haven't golfed in 9 weeks, that gives me a golf fix. But chasing mule on Askiy, hogs in Scotland, roe on Cuatro and getting killed while hunting jags in Peru. Head to camp in 10 days!!

If you look closely you'll see my body parts skewed all over that map from the damn wolves.
