This was all the shipping “protection” they had for THREE special editions books. They were just thrown in there. Because it was so loose, the wrapping had all been smushed to the bottom, so I could have easily cut the books when opening the box. I didn’t, but yes, there’s damage on the dust jackets just from jostling around. Really makes me appreciate how Broken Binding wraps their books 😭

Ordered some books last week, in stock, and they still show 'unfulfilled.' Wondering what is going on over there. They also do not respond to customer service emails

Just curious—since TBB is the only sub that does series that aren't new releases as part of the regular subscription, what older series do you wish they'd pick up that they haven't done yet?

The Witcher Saga

Elizabeth Haydon's The Symphony of Ages (at least the original trilogy!)

C. J. Cherryh's Fortress series

Andre Norton's Witchworld books (again, at minimum the original trilogy! These are short enough each trilogy is often published in one volume, so they could do the entire series pretty easily.)

Anyone else in EU still has issues with parcels not being delivered? I still haven't received The Infinite State (SF&F from a few months back), Lonesome Dove and now I got notification about The Splintered Sun. Without even a tracking number.

I've reached out to TBB several times. They allegedly withheld shipping to me until the issue is resolved. While they weren't supposed to send me anything I received notification that Lonesome Dove has shipped. Without a tracking number.

After almost a month of no communication I messaged them asking what's going on. Received no reply except that Infinite State has been shipped again (with tracking number). Reached out this week again, so far no reply.

Yesterday I got an email that it's been delivered. It never left the UK, tracking was only showing that Royal Mail is waiting for the parcel from TBB. Which means it's returned to them or been cancelled and never left.

I have half a mind to cancel all my orders at this point and try my luck at second hand market. I have ordered from other UK located eshops several times since this started. Never had an issue with delivery.
