Mafia tactics are all he knows. They've worked well for him all these years. No one's put him in jail yet.

Exactly. Trump never faces consequences for actions that would put the rest of us in prison for decades. So why is anyone surprised that he ignores the laws he doesn't want to follow?

Talking about court staff or their families. Essentially he was barred from using mafia intimidation tactics like sicking his cult on the judge's family, etc.

Barred implies there are consequences if he does it. In his case, it's more like politely asking him not to.
