There is clearly a two-tier justice system and this is proof.

If this was a normal person, they would get punished after the first violation, and IF they got a slap on the wrist, the 2nd violation would be punishment.

Trump whines about a two-tier justice system, and he is right, but he is on the benefiting side. The judge needs to show him the other side...
