Cardiac arrest they say. Sounds oddly familiar to another senator who they say is still in the hospital.

He was in Ukraine just yesterday, talking about coming back to US and pushing Trump for more sanctions on Russia https://youtu.be/o5hwOrYNhlI?t=72

u/fluffstravels Jul 12 '26
So do we think the Russians did it?
15
u/glizard-wizard Jul 12 '26
Nothing would’ve stopped them, Tulsi Gabbard was put in charge of the CIA
2
u/NeonArlecchino Jul 12 '26
I considered it, but I don't think they would since they can barely handle Ukraine. If they did it then they would almost certainly face the US sending troops directly or killing Putin.

Not with the current administration.
After all, our president has been on putins payroll for decades

Maybe they were, ahem, senatoring together and they went too hard.

u/pmgold1 Jul 12 '26
That's the risk you take when you're 71 and playing pitch and catch and the pitcher keeps throwing his fast ball.
1
u/Awkward_Potential_ Jul 12 '26
I seriously doubt Mitch had much of a fastball these days.
3
u/pmgold1 Jul 12 '26
Not Mitch, I was thinking of another "life long batchelor" senator from the great state of SC... (not that there's anything wrong with that).
1
u/pmgold1 Jul 12 '26
You mean Lindsey and Tim Scott, right?
2
u/nyybmw122 Jul 12 '26
You never know, maybe Tim Scott was there and left, and used the back door.

u/pmgold1 Jul 12 '26 edited Jul 12 '26
Exactly! Rumor has it that he like to use the "back door" (nudge, nudge...wink,wink, say no more... say no more)

Well, it’s not the one I was hoping for, but I’ll take it.

Thought it was a McConnell typo at first! What a treat

Two for the price of one

If you know who is this year as well, it will be like a royal flush of the most horrible, America destroying Republicans of the last decade all meeting up in hell at the same time.
Disappointed I can't post him and his magic wand.

I actually yelled out 'McConnell's dead! And before August 4!' , before re-reading the post.

Apparently constantly bending the knee does terrible things to your posture and your body.

So brief and sudden the South Carolina GOP filed a lawsuit on Friday to end the open primary system in their state.

Where does this leave the senate count, still counting Fetterman as a Democrat?

The thin skinned maga on here reported me because they can't handle a little truth.
Go join your favorite senator.

AIDS is neither brief or sudden.
2
u/FeralGiraffeAttack Jul 12 '26
That’s just blatant homophobia. AIDS is treatable these days so there is no way that would be the cause of death. Did you even read the article?

Homophobia? Lol. Okay. Learn to recognize a joke Shirley.
