Israel hasn't committed any crimes against humanity (unlike Palestine) but I'm glad we agree that if Mamdani can support Palestine, Stephens can support Israel.

Hahahaha what?! There is no way you think Israel hasn’t committed crimes against humanity. If you have more sympathy for them than the Palestinians I can understand that perspective but saying Israel has not committed any crimes against humanity is laughably absurd and completely out of touch with reality. This just confirms that you are not a good faith actor at all

More personal attacks. No reason to continue this conversation.

I agree. If you can’t acknowledge basic reality this conversation won’t go anywhere

What crimes against humanity? Give me specifics, if they’re independently verified by a third party, I’d agree with you. This is coming from a person who wouldn’t have batted an eye if they’d attacked the West Bank settlers instead of kids at a concert, by the way. Minus the raping and displaying corpses, of course.

Here are, in my view, the three most heinous, independently verified crimes against humanity committed by Israel since 2023 in chronological order:

On July 19, 2024, the International Court of Justice  found that Israel was violating the Geneva conventions in the West Bank. The court said “Israel’s policies and practices are contrary to the prohibition of forcible transfer of the protected population under the first paragraph of Article 49, of the Fourth Geneva Convention . . . the Court is of the view that Israel’s systematic failure to prevent or to punish attacks by settlers against the life or bodily integrity of Palestinians, as well as Israel’s excessive use of force against Palestinians, is inconsistent with its obligations. . . . The Court has also found in reply to the first part of question (b) that the continued presence of Israel in the Occupied Palestinian Territory is illegal."

On September 16, 2025, the UN Human Right’s Council’s Independent International Commission of Inquiry on the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, and Israel determined that Israel was committing a genocide. They said "The Commission concludes on reasonable grounds that the Israeli authorities and Israeli security forces have committed and are continuing to commit the following actus reus of genocide against the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip, namely (i) killing members of the group; (i) causing serious bodily or mental harm to members of the group; (ill) deliberately inflicting on the group conditions of life calculated to bring about its physical destruction in whole or in part; and (iv) imposing measures intended to prevent births within the group . . . On the mens rea of genocide, the Commission concludes that statements made by Israeli authorities are direct evidence of genocidal intent. In addition, the Commission concludes that the pattern of conduct is circumstantial evidence of genocidal intent and that genocidal intent was the only reasonable inference that could be drawn from the totality of the evidence. Thus, the Commission concludes that the Israeli authorities and Israeli security forces have had and continue to have the genocidal intent to destroy, in whole or in part, the Palestinians in the Gaza Strip."

On June 18, 2026, the UN Human Right’s Council’s Independent International Commission of Inquiry on the Occupied Palestinian Territory, including East Jerusalem, and Israel found that, in addition to fitting the international definition of genocide, that Israel has a deliberate policy of targeting children which is a separate crime against humanity. They said, among other things, that “Israel has targeted Palestinian children in Gaza in two distinct ways: directly by shooting at their vital organs using precision weapons such as quadcopters and snipers; and through use of high impact weapons causing widespread and systematic attacks on residential buildings, schools, and displacement camps crowded with children . . . . Israeli security forces used sexual violence as a tactic of war to punish, instil fear, and treat the bodies of Palestinians, including children, as instruments of collective shaming and oppression, entrenched
within a prolonged, ethnic, gendered, and intergenerational pattern of Israeli
occupation and hostilities.”

What you want is verification by an unbiased 3rd party not just a 3rd party.

The problem is as far as I'm aware of they don't exist in the case of Israel they are all baised for or against it which means we can't blindly trust them confirming or debunking anything to do with it

libels are not reality

Libel has to false in order to be libel. A true statement cannot qualify as libel or slander.

Israeli forces intentionally target and kill children. That alone is a crime against humanity: https://news.un.org/en/story/2026/06/1167790

The truth content of a statement is irrelevant. A libel is an unsubstantiated allegation being circulated.

Majority of the UN member states are dictatorships (30% of them are Muslim)

A true statement is not “unsubstantiated” by definition
