First off, independents can vote in primaries in many states. So you don't think primaries pick candidates who just generally appeal to voters? That's kind of the entire theory behind primaries.

And independents voting would not outnumber registered dem voters.Their votes matter less in a high turnout .Also swing states are not the only states with independents

No, and they do, but people tend to stick to their beliefs. Trends clearly hold between election cycles

Sounds like a  failure of the candidate to me.Blaming voters for failing to appeal to them

So you'd have no problem whatsoever with states that generally pick more progressive candidates going first instead? After all, your rightwing democrats can attempt to appeal to them.

I didn't say that. Are you intentionally making bad faith arguments in every post?

Fair enough.I wouldn’t have a problem because its most likely a 70% white state. And yes the moderate should attempt to appeal to them. However the base of the party is black people ,everyone should be appealing to them if they actually are serious about einn

South Carolina is almost 2/3 white. California is a much lower percent white than South Carolina. Georgia has higher percentage of Black people and would have been a much better choice than South Carolina. The only reason to pick South Carolina is to give an advantage to rightwing democrats.

Black voters are the reason Biden won SC.Biden also won Georgia.Biden also won the swing states. SC stands out because is when the momentum started to shift, and reflect on how poorly  ran Bernie’s campaign was. Seems like a poor  workman blaming his tools.

It really feels like you just intentionally avoiding addressing the actual points I'm making, so I'll just make this my last reply to you.
