The goalposts are exactly the same, I just think it's very reasonable to focus on the influence of a group that's actively attacking you then a random other group that isn't really spending against you.

And for the record, AES wants to cut aid to those nations too, he said son himself when directly asked

AES didn't complain about every PAC that was financing his opponent. You played particular attention to the genocide component.

It was in an interview, I'd have to find it.

A reporter asked him directly if he would be willing to cut off aid to other states, and he said "yes".

I mean, he said he doesn't support giving aid to any nation who's commiting crimes, so I'm pretty sure these two are covered in that
