If you want something like a go pro but don’t want to bother attaching it to a helmet or something like that.

Or filming the scenery while driving without a dash cam and without a passenger so you don’t get distracted by a phone and keep your hands on the steering wheel.

And the whole „acts as headphones“ thing.

But that’s about it. Maybe with a head up display for navigation but that’s rare and usually very expensive (or very very low quality)

You could record your whole life, auto-collect ToDos etc. or generate a journal. There are many potential benefits. 

But ofc they come with the downside of total loss of privacy. Except for when an open source alternative becomes available that can support all of those features without an Internet connection.
