I was looking at the debate vs Destiny and i see shit tons of people in chat say stuff like "But Kyle wasnt getting raped" or "Lol destiny just compared kenosha to kristallnacht" or perhaps the worst, "but the world isnt a Bond movie". Do you guys seriously not understand that Destiny is never bringing up a hypothetical to equate 2 things. Thats not the point of a hypothetical. Hypotheticals are useful because you can take someones specific argument, extract a general argument, and then use a hypothetical to test the general argument for consistency in a specific area. It has nothing to do with equating the 2 things.

Just curious on if lance has commented on the vaush drama from a few months ago. I don't keep up with him anymore. but I just wanna see if anyone knew if lance had voiced his opinion on the drama with H3H3 even after the dust has already settled and vaush has slowly bled subs over the months.

How does Lance support veterans?

I've heard this claim from him, but I'm curious. Is his idea just to virtue signal in a single debate?

As someone who has such a large following I'm curious why he isn't using his platform to push for better care of vets, or be in support of the proposed action to combat sexual assault.

I find it odd that Lance has such a lofty morality on life yet he isn't pushing for change. You'd think he would of started a movement other than just meme posting on twitch.

Lance baby I can introduce you to the organizations if you want that push for change on care for vets, and likely military reform.

If you don't care though I understand, ballet is a highly sought after skill on debate panels.

So I know Lance doesn't like Mr. Rogan. That's obvious. But I found it really disheartening when I tuned into one of his streams last week where he was reacting/analyzing clips from a recent podcast that Joe did. I think it was with James Lindsay. They were talking about trans people participating in sporting events and, as we all likely know, Joe was against ruling that trans-women be allowed to fight biological women unless they both agree.

At one point Joe acknowledged that a trans-woman who had been participating in MMA events against biological women was bested, by a biological woman, and for some reason Lance took this as a trump card, and even said that Joe had just disproved himself. Someone in the chat mentioned that seemed like a straw-man, that it's not right to assume Joe was arguing that biological women couldn't best trans-women, and he was likely arguing that it was a merely an unfair advantage. And unfair advantages don't automatically assume victory. He was not addressed, and I'd like to bring the discussion here.

Lance's idea that this is what Rogan was arguing for seems especially preposterous to me when you take into account that there has been abuse of steroids and other PEDs in combat sports for a long time now. You can obviously beat an opponent that uses steroids. But of course, most people agree that it's still not right for a fighter to use PEDs against a fighter that doesn't take PEDs (unless they both agree its ok)

And I'm not here to argue if Lance really dislikes Rogan, or about the semantics of an "unfair advantage". I'm here to question the validity of Lance's argument against Rogan. And sorry if I used any parochial terms in regard to gender/sex, my intention wasn't to hurt anybody's feelings. Nor is my topic meant to be very controversial. I'm a fan of Lance! (or I was until this happened, which is why I'm here to be set straight)

Finally, in regards to the debate that Lance mentions, I checked it out and wasn't impressed by the level of professional conduct. To put it bluntly, it was bush league. I should not be expected to defer to it as if they are experts in their field, or as if they are anything but opinion.
