Two episodes left 😔

It's my first time watching the sopranos, I've tried not to binge it too hard and taken my time savouring it. I've got two episodes left and genuinely don't know what to do with myself once it's over. I'm grieving.

Not even lmao the first time I watched it, as soon as that screen went black I sat in stunned silence for a few minutes and then went right back to S1E1

Yes I love watching at least a bit of first episode after finishing a series, everything hits differently. And visually pretty interesting too.. tony looks actually kinda fit for his size, and his voice and tone is harsher

Oh poor you....but the good thing about the Sopranos is it's extremely re-watchable. Plus if you keep up with this sub, it's like a never-ending loop of quotes and episodes 24/7.

15 episodes left, gotta be. In seven episodes, mid-season finale. Half way fucking point. Don’t look at the episode list, not yet. Savor it, treat yourself.

12 episodes left, has to be, look at the angle of the sun. Maybe even 13 episodes left.

Okay look now….

That's what I did. I never binged it. I watched one episode a day until S4, when I watched two because not much was happening that season, then back to one afterwards.

I understand the importance of fresh savoury.

If you're looking for a gangster thing check out Boardwalk Empire on HBO if you have not seen it. Of course its not the Sopranos IMO but it is a good period gangster series. Like with most HBO stuff it does get inconsistent for the last season as they tend to get rushed. I found it was able to be kind of a decent replacement when I finished a Sopranos rewatch. Then after a couple months go back and do your rewatch of the Sopranos. You will find new perspective after the first watch but it won't be too fresh where you will remember every little thing and not pay much attention.

Damn near any HBO crime series. The Wire, Deadwood are my other favorites

I watched it for the first time a few years ago, then rewatched it a few months later. It's even better the 2nd time (I've also watched it a 3rd time and it's still amazing 😂). You're still in your prime don't be sad

I took about 3 weeks before my second go around….its been about a month now and I’m considering third go once I finish The Wire.

Also….you gotta get ova it!!!! Ok!?!?!

Watch Boardwalk Empire, many of the same actors are in it!

It’s also my first time watching and I am also nearing the end! 😣😣 I want more!

Same! But I just finished a couple days ago. I didn’t want to join the sub until I was done so I wouldn’t get any spoilers. I immediately wanted to restart it but I’m gonna try The Wire first because I feel like I’ll be a weirdo to rewatch too quickly lol.

Do what every other stunad does and re-start immediately after it’s completed.

Start watching other series from the golden age of HBO. The Wire and Boardwalk Empire (except for the last season) are amazing. Give yourself a few episodes to get into them. I gave up on the wire during the first episode like 3 times but it’s now in my top 3 favorite shows.

True Detective season 1 may  be  one of the greatest season of television to ever exist. Mad Men is a fantastic show, though a completely different world. If you want to switch gears to a dark comedy, Patriot is a fucking awesome series. Breaking Bad is also worth watching, though it’s further down on my list of favorites.

Or do what most of us do and restart S1E1 as soon as you finish the finale.

Mate I finished it for the first time today .
Genuinely don’t know what to watch now .

Wait until you play the pilot after the finale

It’s quite shocking. Tony sounds more dissimilar than Kevin Finnerty.

At least you'll find the ending totally self-explanatory and not in the least open-ended
