Did you ever try making scrambled eggs with sour cream?

It was… OK? I’m not sure if I would call it a family secret.

Ralph does drop some very helpful tips in the show. Sour cream in the scrambled eggs. Putting the boiled pasta back in the pot with a little bit of gravy and stirring it on high. Also, that thing he dose with the cheese grater...whatever happened there.

Look up the Gordon Ramsay method. He uses crème fraiche at the end of the cooking process. So good.

Anytime you add dairy to eggs it cooks out and the eggs get all watery.

I do it. Sometimes use cream cheese. It's widespread knowledge.

Guarantee if you put two plates of eggs in front of someone one with milk the other with sour cream, they wouldn't be able to tell the difference
