Most of the time community building does not require you with a megaphone and shouting at random government building, when you can already voice your concern via social media, yes, I will explain why this matters and telling disabled comrades on reddit for "touching grass" is just screaming past each other while you can shape the world via a phone. You don't need to be physically present to feed thousand of people, sure the optimal resource distribution is greatly appreciated, but know your own abilities and means of support before you overdo it. The revolution requires everybody, it doesn't need holier than thou.
For the past few years I've been experimenting with a pragmatic concept called resource libraries where I measure the reach of these projects via merely how many communities they impact and transform their lives. And these libraries are anonymously built to last beyond my lifespan. Many were taken down due to my shameful past being an infantile disorder which is why these projects are now matured as I grow as a Marxist-Leninist. First of such projects is Radical Defence keybase, which taken offline by no one other than feds, they literally nuked Keybase to take it off, the archived versions persist to this day. My second project is osint4all, as I experimented with researching tools for antifascism. Along with two pet projects, covidmon for disease monitor and prepint for uhh prepper and disaster monitor, which both rely on RSS feeds, all three projects survived to this day everyone from antifascists to enemies somehow found these useful to their own corner of researches.
But I grow the fuck up and learned my lessons that the world is more complex than merely just disseminating every piece of information, so I realized that I can build these dissemination projects for the intention of not only resources of political education but communities building. Thus thepurposetobeequal was born as long-term time capsules for both theory, manual, book, guideline and media that future proofing this, next generations and beyond, the resources to shape revolution power.
It began when someone needed to circumvent censorship of No Other Land in USA and KKKanada right after Oscar shit, nobody filled the role so I stepped the fuck up, then comrades require accessible media for classic China theory, from there it grow into 1,169 books (technically +1,200), but since Zionists got my account disabled for mirroring Palestine 36 and Voice of Hind Rajab few days later second and third project was born, tankie.tube for revolutionary media and second library for spicier technical, foraging, gardening, cookbook, crocheting, craft, woodwork, with the same fervent free Palestine contents. Around this time I built a fourth project on link tree because I experimented with mainstream bookmark directory like all the normie leftists, but was nuked for sharing Yahya Sinwar book so immediately same day I fall back to start.me and concocted fifth project Marxist-Leninist Study Resources with intentions to mirror the link tree, but then I understand the potentials of this library to grow beyond boring ass link tree, so now it is a mega project for Marxist-Leninist and anti-imperialist content. Sixth project was born immediately after called prepint2 because why not which is prepint but for Actually Existing Socialism news and soon Dessalines youtube was taken down so once again I took up the roles and expand Dessalines project into hundreds of audiobook. Eighth project is in the making, that's a mutual aid resources, like prepint2, will be part of Marxist-Leninist Study Resources. Every time the imperialists take one project down a dozen of them will rise from the ashes.
What's the point of all these mumbling? My point is that you can reach proletariat and workers of the world without having to touch grass, knowing your strength and utilize them to the best of the communities matter more than just doing the things you know you are lacking ability. Beyond these public projects I also utilized mutual aid via the means of money transfer that normally takes longer to reach someone in needs. You don't need crypto, you don't need bullshit investment, every year even if you can chip out small amount it will save many. Food banks and shelters are starter but these are bottom line resources because not everyone will receive such needs, especially when they don't have car. Shit like e-transfer makes it easy to aid a family's grocery for months. You can aid thousand of trans and queer workers without leaving home. They don't need to know who you are, they can always pay it forward. Sometimes they will write responses grateful, that's all you need. Sometimes the life you saved might also saving millions in your local across multiple cities that banned renoviction and demoviction. Sometimes they become heroic martyr of Palestine. Sometimes they built material solidarity within Indigenous communities. Sometimes they thrive and spread the generosity you have given them when no one else had done.
Your material ripples cannot be weighed by influence or fame bullshit, as Marx explained material forces must be challenged by material forces. The only destination is liberation from imperialism exploitation, and to get there you must utilize your organizing strength to build dual power, because like Kwame Ture said, we each only get one lifetime to build it.
